Manteca, CA (May 11, 2026) – At least three people were injured, including one passenger who was ejected, after a two-vehicle collision in Manteca. The crash occurred on Saturday, May 10, at approximately 3:30 p.m., when one vehicle turned into the path of the other. At the corner where Yosemite Avenue meets Swanson Road. An eastbound vehicle collided with a westbound one after the latter turned into its path. All those injured were transported to a nearby hospital. The driver of the westbound vehicle, a 44-year-old Lathrop resident, was discovered unconscious in the rear seat following the collision. The severity of the driver’s injuries remains unknown at this time. A 60-year-old man from Manteca was thrown from the vehicle and sustained multiple injuries. The driver of the eastbound car, a 36-year-old Tracy resident, was also injured but only suffered minor wounds. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available. Our thoughts are with those who were hurt as they receive medical treatment.
