On Tuesday morning, November 11th, in Long Beach, CA, a man lost his life due to a car accident. His vehicle was hit by another car while he was attempting a U-turn on 10th Street. The Long Beach Police Department reported that the accident took place at approximately 4:43 a.m. close to the crossroads of 10th Street and Orange Avenue. Investigators reported that a black 2023 Nissan Rogue was heading east on 10th Street. At one point, it crashed into a black 2000 Honda Accord that was trying to make a U-turn from the south side of the street. When the police arrived, they discovered the Accord’s driver slumped unconscious in the driver’s seat. He was taken to a close hospital by paramedics, but unfortunately passed away due to his wounds, according to the police. The Rogue’s driver stayed at the location and worked with the investigators. The police reported that distracted driving and intoxication did not seem to be contributing factors in the accident. The victim’s identity is being kept secret until his family is informed.
