A bicyclist tragically lost their life on Sunday evening, November 43183, due to a collision with a vehicle on East 71st Street in an unincorporated part of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that deputies arrived at the scene at approximately 6 p.m. to the junction of East 71st Street and Holmes Avenue. Reports have been received about a collision involving a bicycle and a vehicle. Upon the arrival of first responders, the bicyclist was found to be severely injured. The victim was taken to a close hospital by paramedics, but was declared dead by the doctors. The LASD Homicide Bureau detectives are looking into the details of the accident. No additional information, including the victim’s identity or details about the driver, has been disclosed.
