Los Angeles, CA (October 15, 2025) – On Tuesday morning, a multi-vehicle accident resulting in several injuries took place near the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd and Barrow St, close to Air Quest Rd in the North Hills area of Los Angeles. Emergency services were called to the scene around 8:04 a.m. Under Code 3 circumstances, activating lights and sirens, in response to reports of an accident involving multiple injuries. Ambulance crews and LAPD traffic officers swiftly arrived to provide care and handle the situation. Several individuals were assessed by emergency medical services at the site. Although the specific details regarding the number and severity of injuries have not been disclosed, all victims were quickly given medical care. Several individuals were taken to local hospitals for additional treatment. The accident caused traffic disruptions in the vicinity as emergency personnel managed the situation and cleared the roadway. Sepulveda Blvd, a heavily trafficked road in North San Fernando Valley, was temporarily obstructed as the situation was secured. Investigators are continuing to look into the reasons behind the accident and are examining accounts from the individuals involved. At this point, there have been no arrests or citations reported.
