Los Angeles, CA (September 14, 2025) – On Saturday afternoon, a truck was involved in a traffic accident close to the intersection of San Fernando Road and Bleeker Street in the Sylmar neighborhood of Los Angeles. The accident was reported at approximately 2:59 p.m. triggered a Code 3 emergency response from paramedics and officers of the LAPD Valley Traffic Division. As per dispatch audio, the situation involved a DMC truck, but additional information about the vehicle was not available at the time. Emergency medical services were summoned to the location to evaluate and provide aid to those who were allegedly hurt. The severity of the injuries remains unverified, although at least one individual needed assistance from emergency personnel. Officials have cordoned off the location as teams tended to the injured and looked into the reasons behind the accident. San Fernando Road faced short delays while emergency personnel addressed the situation and cleared the area. The LAPD has initiated an investigation into the details surrounding the accident.
