Los Angeles, CA (December 11, 2025) – Police dispatch reports indicate a pedestrian was hurt in a hit-and-run crash early Thursday morning near the Wall Street and 6th Street intersection in downtown Los Angeles. The incident took place around 5:42 a.m. , after emergency units responded to the scene due to reports of a pedestrian being hit by a fleeing vehicle. The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed the suspect vehicle as a black Dodge SUV bearing a partially identified license plate starting with “William Union.” Paramedics arrived on the scene and offered medical aid to the injured pedestrian. The person’s condition remains undisclosed, though the incident has been deemed a felony hit-and-run, underscoring the severity of the injuries or situation. LAPD officers responded Code 3 to the scene and are currently investigating to identify the suspect vehicle and driver. The vicinity of 6th and Wall was briefly disrupted while officials secured the area and launched their probe.
