Los Angeles, CA (September 23, 2025) – A significant traffic collision in the Lake Balboa region of Los Angeles led to a Code 3 emergency response on Monday night. The collision took place close to the junction of Orion Avenue and West Saticoy Street, based on reports from LAPD Valley Bureau dispatch. The accident was reported at approximately 9:14 PM. Several police and fire units arrived at the location with their lights flashing and sirens blaring. Preliminary information suggests that at least one individual might have sustained serious injuries, but the total number of those involved and the severity of the injuries have not been verified. Emergency responders stayed at the intersection for a considerable time to ensure safety, aid those affected, and initiate an inquiry into what led to the incident.
