Los Angeles, CA (September 7, 2025) – Authorities are looking into a hit-and-run incident involving a white car that took place early Saturday morning on South Main Street in Los Angeles. The accident occurred shortly after midnight, at approximately 12:17 a.m. The incident led to injuries for at least one person, as stated by the LAPD South Bureau dispatch. Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene to help the victim, who was located near where the collision occurred. The person suffered injuries that required medical assessment, but the specifics of those injuries have not been disclosed to the public. Emergency responders attended to the victim at the location and might have taken them for additional medical care. Officials characterized the suspect’s vehicle as a white sedan, with a partial license plate that may include the digits “7” or “3.” No specific information about the driver has been made public. Authorities are still looking for the car and the individual who left the scene. There was a brief surge in activity around S Main St as emergency responders and investigators worked to aid the injured and initiate their hunt for the hit-and-run driver. The inquiry is ongoing.
