Los Angeles, CA (September 20, 2025) – Early Saturday morning, a traffic accident resulting in injuries took place at the junction of S Figueroa St and James M Wood Blvd in Downtown Los Angeles. The accident was reported at approximately 3:04 a.m. This led Los Angeles Fire and Rescue to respond to help the injured victims of the accident. Early reports indicated that at least one individual was hurt in the crash, but details regarding the severity of their injuries have not been provided. Emergency medical services arrived at the location to evaluate the situation and offered immediate care to those affected. It is still uncertain how many cars were part of the incident or if there were any transfers to the hospital. The intersection, situated in a busy area close to various hotels and entertainment sites, was briefly shut down while crews managed the scene and initiated their investigation. Officials are examining the factors that contributed to the accident, considering the actions of the driver and the early morning traffic situation.
