Los Angeles, CA (October 15, 2025) – An urgent emergency response was triggered early Tuesday morning after a pedestrian was hit by a car at the intersection of Beverly Blvd and N Alvarado St in the Westlake area. The incident occurred shortly after 6:00 a.m. Ambulance and police units were sent out with Code 3 designation, signifying a critical medical emergency. Emergency personnel arrived quickly to evaluate and help the injured pedestrian. The person was discovered at the location with injuries incurred from the collision. Emergency medical personnel administered prompt care before taking the victim to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been officially disclosed. The intersection, situated in a heavily frequented area close to multiple schools and public transport routes, saw slight traffic delays while emergency teams handled the situation. Information regarding the driver involved and any potential citations has not been disclosed by the authorities. The LAPD is actively looking into the details of the accident and is encouraging any witnesses to step forward.
