The incident took place around 1:44 p.m. On January 20, which led local police and medical teams to respond. Officers were already present when more help was called for, suggesting a requirement for medical checks or extra support. Emergency personnel evaluated at least one person for injuries. Although the severity and type of injuries remain unconfirmed, early accounts indicate that prompt medical care was required.
