A witness heard a vehicle accelerate away and then saw the man on the ground. The injured man was observed standing up and walking south on Linden Avenue, clearly limping. He was identified as a Black man dressed in a gray sweater and gray pants. The vehicle sped away from the scene prior to the arrival of emergency responders. The witness failed to see the vehicle and was unable to give a description. It is unconfirmed whether the man received medical treatment or details of his condition.
