The incident took place on Tuesday, December 23, around 4:55 p.m. , based on public-safety dispatch communications. The dispatch call revealed that emergency crews were dispatched to the scene after reports of a crash with multiple injuries. Emergency and medical responders arrived on scene to evaluate the incident and treat the crash victims.
