Sacramento, CA (December 8, 2025) – A traffic accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of College Town and Howe Ave resulted in injuries and prompted an emergency response on Sunday afternoon. The accident happened around 3:31 p.m. This led to 911 calls and a medical response. One person involved stated they were stuck in their vehicle and couldn’t get out, prompting fire crews to help with the rescue. Paramedics were called to evaluate injuries at the location. The complete scope of injuries has yet to be verified, but at least one individual needed medical assistance at the scene. Officials are still looking into the reason for the crash. Lane closures were expected in the area while responders worked to rescue the trapped individual and clear the road. We wish a safe and complete recovery to everyone affected by this situation.
