Long Beach, CA (November 2, 2025) – Emergency medical teams were called to a bicycle accident that resulted in one injury on North Peterson Avenue in Long Beach late Saturday morning. Long Beach Police indicated that the crash was reported at approximately 11:47 a.m. A caller stated that their brother was in a bike accident and needed urgent medical help. Emergency responders, including medical professionals, were sent to the scene to assist the injured cyclist. The exact circumstances of the accident have yet to be determined, and there is no information available from officials regarding the involvement of another vehicle. The current state of the cyclist is unknown, but the response codes suggested that there were injuries and that ambulance transport might have been necessary. The incident occurred in the 90813 ZIP code close to N Peterson Ave, an area frequented by both vehicles and bicycles. Local authorities are still investigating to find out the cause and if any traffic violations occurred.
