A hit-and-run incident was reported at about 2:53 p.m. Sept. 10 on northbound Interstate 405 near Mulholland Drive in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a hit-and-run collision with no reported injuries.
The location was described as northbound 405 just north of Mulholland Drive. CHP identified the incident within its West Valley area.
At approximately 3:24 p.m., CHP notified a West Los Angeles unit and requested that it respond to the scene. The dispatch update did not identify the vehicles involved or provide a description of the fleeing vehicle.
