A hit-and-run collision with no reported injuries was documented Friday afternoon near South Waldby Avenue and eastbound State Route 180, just east of Chestnut. The incident was reported at approximately 3:33 p.m. on September 11, 2026.
The location was identified as the eastbound side of Route 180, near the Chestnut area. CHP dispatch information classified the incident as a non-injury hit-and-run.
At about 3:38 p.m., a responding resource was reported en route to the location. The dispatch update indicated that additional information would be provided after the response reached the scene.
