A hit-and-run rear-end collision was reported Thursday afternoon on westbound Interstate 210 near the Towne Avenue off-ramp in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as involving no reported injuries.
The initial dispatch placed the collision at about 3:32 p.m. on September 10, 2026. A reporting party later directed CHP to the area of Fruit Street and Bowdoin Street.
According to the CHP update received at 3:59 p.m., the reporting party said another vehicle had rear-ended their vehicle. The dispatch did not provide a description of the other vehicle or indicate whether it remained at the scene.
CHP listed the incident in its Baldwin Park area. No additional details about traffic restrictions, medical treatment or the identity of the other driver were included in the dispatch information.
