A hit-and-run collision was reported Sept. 24 on Cohasset Road in the area covered by the California Highway Patrol’s Chico office. The incident was reported at about 3:14 p.m., and CHP classified it as a collision involving no injuries.
The reported location was near the 5500 block of Cohasset Road. CHP dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about how the collision occurred.
At about 3:28 p.m., CHP logged a request for towing assistance at the scene. The dispatch information did not indicate whether either vehicle remained in the roadway or describe any lane closures.
The incident was entered as a hit-and-run, meaning at least one involved vehicle was reported to have left the scene. CHP’s available information listed no reported injuries connected with the collision.
