(Los Angeles, CA) A man named Gerardo Estrada, 30, tragically died in an accident on Figueroa Street on Friday evening when he was hit by a LAPD patrol vehicle in the Highland Park area. Police stated that Estrada was skateboarding south in the middle of the road when he was hit by a northbound LAPD patrol car.
