(Lancaster, CA) On Sunday morning, November 30, a fatal accident occurred on the northbound 43183 Freeway in Antelope Valley (14) Freeway, leaving one man dead and five others injured, as per the authorities. The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash happened at approximately 1 a.m. on the northbound 14 Freeway close to 20th Street West. Authorities have reported that a collision involving four vehicles is currently under investigation. The specifics of how the accident transpired are not yet known. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that 25-year-old George Avendano was declared dead at the scene. The other five individuals involved in the accident were transported to local hospitals for medical care. Their conditions have not been disclosed yet. A SigAlert was announced shortly after the crash, closing all northbound lanes of the freeway for several hours.
