Fresno, California (October 30, 2025) – A fatal accident involving high-speed took place at an intersection in Fresno on Tuesday night, resulting in one fatality and two injured individuals, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The crash happened around 11:07 p.m. on October 28 at the crossroads of West Belmont Avenue and North Brawley Avenue. A white Kia was speeding and suddenly the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to swerve off the road and collide with a fence. Reasons behind the loss of control are still unclear. Emergency services arrived promptly and determined that one individual had perished in the accident. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed as it is still waiting for the notification of their close relatives. Besides, there are two more people who got injured in the accident. The details of their conditions and the types of their injuries have not been revealed. Medical staff provided on-site care before taking them to a nearby hospital for additional assessment. Officials have not yet verified if other vehicles were involved or what might have caused the accident. The incident is still being actively investigated.
