Fresno, CA (January 1, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash with injuries prompted a major emergency response near N Blackstone Ave and Auto Center Dr in Fresno on December 31. A collision between a burgundy Toyota Sienna minivan and a silver Nissan blocked lanes on the busy roadway. Fresno Fire and EMS emergency teams arrived just after 12:50 p.m. to evaluate the situation and aid the injured. Medical staff offered on-site treatment, but officials have not yet confirmed the severity of the injuries. Damaged vehicles led to delays in the southbound lanes of Blackstone, especially near the Sinclair and Mazda dealerships. Officials have provided no further details on the people involved or if any citations were issued. The investigation into the crash’s causes is still underway.
