Fresno, CA (December 15, 2025) – A small truck involved in a hit-and-run collision injured at least one person Sunday night in Fresno. The event took place at approximately 6:19 p.m. PST at the intersection of E Shields Ave and N Fresno St, a bustling intersection in the city’s central area. Emergency responders arrived to discover at least one person injured from the crash. On-site medical staff delivered care and organized hospital transportation when required. The severity of the injuries has not been disclosed yet. Initial reports indicate that the small truck’s driver fled the scene after the collision. Police initiated an investigation and started hunting for the suspect’s vehicle, last spotted fleeing the scene. Traffic faced brief disruptions while officials aided the injured and gathered evidence on-site. Investigators are examining surveillance video and collecting witness accounts to identify the at-large driver. We wish a speedy recovery to the injured and encourage anyone with details on the fleeing vehicle to reach out to local police.
