The crash occurred within the parking lot, rather than on the main roadway, according to the dispatch information. CHP identified four vehicles as being involved in the incident.
A dispatch update issued at 4:47 p.m. stated that all four vehicles were driveable. The available information did not indicate that any vehicle was blocking Watt Avenue or required removal from the scene.
