Fallbrook, CA (January 31, 2026) – A motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a truck in Fallbrook. The incident took place shortly before 7:55 a.m. In the 1100 block of South Mission Road, near the Albertsons grocery store, CHP officers, fire, and medical personnel arrived at the scene and found the motorcycle lying in the roadway. The rider was injured in the collision, but authorities have yet to disclose details on the severity of the injuries or if the person was taken to a hospital. The incident caused partial closures on South Mission Rd while crews aided the injured party and investigated the crash. Drivers were urged to drive carefully through the area. Officials verified that the crash involved a motorcycle and a truck, though the cause of the collision is still unknown. The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
