The dispatch identified a black van at the scene and referenced a vehicle that needed to be moved. The available information did not specify how many vehicles were involved or describe the extent of any damage.
At about 5:28 p.m., a person in the black van requested an update on the estimated arrival of the California Highway Patrol in connection with moving the vehicle. The update indicates that the vehicle remained an issue at the scene after the initial report.
