A traffic collision was reported at about 8:11 p.m. Aug. 15 on eastbound Interstate 105 at South Van Ness Avenue in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with unknown injuries.
A vehicle connected to the incident was visible with its hazard lights activated in the slow lane. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicle’s make, model, color or the number of vehicles involved.
By 8:14 p.m., a CHP unit was at the scene conducting a traffic break. The traffic break was reported in connection with the vehicle’s position in the slow lane.
The available CHP information did not provide an update on injuries or indicate whether additional emergency services were requested. No further roadway status was documented in the dispatch update.
