A traffic collision was reported at about 3:03 p.m. Aug. 30 on the eastbound State Route 91 connection to southbound Interstate 5 near North Magnolia Avenue in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with unknown injuries.
The crash location was identified as the eastbound 91 on-ramp at the Magnolia Avenue off-ramp. CHP dispatch information did not specify the number or types of vehicles involved.
A later CHP update, recorded at about 3:53 p.m., stated that the driver of one vehicle involved in the incident had arrived at the scene. The dispatch information did not describe any medical response, lane closures or other traffic impacts.
