A traffic collision without reported injuries was documented Aug. 16 on Highway 32, about one mile south of Potato Patch Campground in the Susanville area. The incident location was near mile marker 12.2.
The collision was first logged at approximately 3:06 p.m. CHP dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about damage, roadway blockage or emergency medical treatment.
At 3:51 p.m., CHP updated the incident classification from a reported fire to a traffic collision without reported injuries. The dispatch record did not indicate that anyone was trapped or required ambulance assistance.
No additional details about the circumstances of the collision were included in the available CHP information. The report identified the location along Highway 32 near the campground.
