A traffic collision with injuries not immediately known was reported at about 3:01 p.m. Oct. 3 on westbound Interstate 10 near the Atlantic Boulevard off-ramp. The location was within the California Highway Patrol’s East Los Angeles area.
The crash occurred near the westbound I-10 connection to Atlantic Boulevard. CHP dispatch information did not identify the number or types of vehicles involved.
A dispatch update one minute later said the collision was partially blocking the on-ramp. The people involved were reported to have exited their vehicles.
The available CHP information did not document a confirmed injury, ambulance response, fire response or towing request. No additional roadway closures or later condition updates were included in the dispatch record.
