A black Tesla Model 3 and a black Ford collided on the westbound Interstate 210 right shoulder near North Lake Avenue in the Altadena area on Aug. 22, 2026. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a traffic collision with no reported injuries.
The crash was reported at approximately 4:43 p.m. The vehicles were identified in a CHP update one minute later, which placed both on the right shoulder of the westbound freeway.
The available dispatch information does not indicate that travel lanes were blocked. It also does not document an ambulance, fire response, or other emergency medical treatment.
