Barstow, CA (October 4, 2025) – On Thursday afternoon, two individuals were taken to the hospital after a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Main St and Lenwood Rd in Barstow, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The accident happened at approximately 12:40 p.m. involving a sports utility vehicle and a car. Emergency responders arrived swiftly at the site and offered medical help to the individuals hurt in the accident. The two victims were taken to a local hospital for medical care. The details of their injuries have not been revealed yet. Officials stated that the vehicles were heavily damaged from the collision, leading to a temporary disruption at the intersection while CHP officers conducted their investigation and cleared the debris. The investigation into the reasons behind the collision of the two vehicles is still ongoing.
