A traffic collision was reported at about 10:19 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, on northbound Interstate 405 just south of West Sunset Boulevard in the West Los Angeles area. An ambulance was en route to the scene, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information.
The collision location was identified as northbound I-405 near the Sunset Boulevard interchange. CHP dispatch did not provide details about the vehicles involved or the circumstances leading to the crash.
At approximately 10:35 p.m., a towing company was requested to assist at the scene. The dispatch update gave an estimated arrival time of about 20 minutes for the tow response.
