The collision was reported at approximately 5:32 a.m. The dispatch location placed the incident on the eastbound freeway where it passes over Lowell Avenue.
A later CHP update, recorded at about 6:27 a.m., referenced a driver traveling on Interstate 210 near La Crescenta. The update also included an estimated travel time associated with the response.
