A traffic collision was reported at about 2:57 p.m. Sept. 10 on State Route 22 near Goldenwest Street. The CHP dispatch location description placed the incident on the eastbound roadway just east of Goldenwest Street.
An ambulance was reported en route following the collision. The dispatch information did not specify the number of vehicles involved or provide details about any injuries.
The incident was handled through the California Highway Patrol’s Westminster area. The roadway listing identified the location as State Route 22 near the Goldenwest Street interchange.
At about 3:33 p.m., CHP requested towing assistance for the scene. The available dispatch information did not document additional lane closures, vehicle descriptions or a later roadway status.
