The reported location was along a stretch of State Route 18 between two points identified by CHP dispatch. No vehicle descriptions or information about the number of vehicles involved was provided.
CHP later reported that all lanes were moving at about 3:54 p.m. The update indicates that the roadway was not experiencing a continuing full blockage at that time.
