An ambulance was reported en route after a traffic collision on eastbound Interstate 80 near the Tennessee Street offramp in California on Aug. 20, 2026. The incident was logged at approximately 3:03 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information.
The collision location was described as eastbound I-80 just west of Tennessee Street. CHP did not provide additional details about the vehicles involved or the circumstances of the crash.
A later CHP update at about 3:36 p.m. stated that all lanes were open. The update indicates that the collision was no longer blocking traffic lanes at that time.
