A traffic collision was reported at about 1:45 p.m. Aug. 27 at the intersection of Highland Springs Road and State Route 29 in California. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision involving an ambulance response.
The dispatch information listed an ambulance as en route to the scene. CHP did not provide details about the vehicles involved or the circumstances leading to the crash.
At about 3:20 p.m., dispatch records indicated that CDF Mendocino had been notified. The available information did not specify whether fire personnel were sent to the location or describe any additional emergency actions.
