(Imperial Beach, CA) Early Saturday, December 20, around 2:40 a.m., a minor on an electric bicycle suffered critical injuries in a crash on Imperial Beach Boulevard with a driver suspected of impairment. The paramedics took the injured rider to a hospital, where they arrived in critical condition. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
