Victorville, CA (December 6, 2025) – A motorcyclist was severely injured in a collision involving three vehicles, which included an Amazon delivery truck and a Jeep, on Amargosa Rd, close to Eucalyptus St in Victorville, on Thursday morning. The accident happened just before 11:30 AM, leading to a rapid reaction from local emergency services. Medics and firefighters arrived to discover the rider unconscious in the street and immediately started life-saving efforts. Sources indicate that a motorcyclist, riding a 2007 Aprilia Tuono 1000 R, tried to overtake a Dodge Ram ProMaster van from Amazon, both moving south on Amargosa Rd. In the process, the motorcycle grazed the back right portion of the van, leading to a loss of balance for the rider. Subsequently, the motorcyclist crashed into the side of a yellow Jeep heading north, resulting in severe injuries. Witnesses reported that the rider was alternately becoming aware and then losing consciousness. He was taken by ground ambulance to St. Mary’s Medical Center for urgent medical treatment. His present condition has not been disclosed. The motorcycle ended up on the shoulder of the northbound lane, while the damaged Amazon van and Jeep were relocated to the roadside. Neither driver was hurt in the accident. Police and traffic investigators spent several hours at the scene, collecting evidence and witness statements as they work to establish the precise cause of the collision.
