On Friday evening, November 28, a severe collision occurred near Bell Road on Loop 101 in Glendale, AZ, resulting in two fatalities and multiple victims trapped in their vehicles. The Glendale Police Department reported that the accident happened at approximately 5:32 p.m. at the intersection of Bell Road and Loop 101. Emergency responders arrived to discover several individuals ensnared in the debris and needed to carry out rescues to extract them from the cars. Authorities confirmed that two people lost their lives at the location. Authorities recognized them as Cynthia Garcia and Jaslin Avila. Authorities shut down Bell Road in both directions and the Loop 101 on- and off-ramps while investigators were present at the site. Officials advised drivers to steer clear of the area and take alternative routes as the investigation was ongoing.
