Yuba City, CA (November 13, 2025) – An individual sustained injuries in a traffic accident on Tuesday evening close to the intersection of Forestwood Dr and East Onstott Frontage Rd in Yuba City, as per emergency radio communications from Yuba City Fire. The incident was reported around 6:44 p.m. This triggered Engine 2 and other emergency services to head to the location. When responders arrived, they discovered a vehicle parked on the roadside and a person sitting on the road. Officials reported that the individual had previously lost consciousness but was awake and exhibiting minor signs of distress when the emergency teams got there. Medical staff assessed the patient at the location and started treatment. The details of any additional injuries have not been disclosed.
