A fatal accident involving three vehicles took place in San Jose, California, resulting in the death of a woman and critical injuries to a man. The incident occurred on Foxworthy Avenue around 2:35 p.m., according to the San Jose Police Department. On Saturday, October 25, in the Willow Glen area on Foxworthy Avenue, west of Jarvis Avenue, authorities found that a man was driving a white 2018 GMC Denali SUV heading east on the two-lane street. While trying to overtake a green 2018 Subaru Forester on the right. The GMC collided with the Subaru. The incident made it swerve into the opposing lane, resulting in a head-on collision with a westward-bound blue 2012 Honda CR-V. Emergency services declared the woman behind the wheel of the Honda deceased upon arrival, according to the police report. The individual operating the GMC suffered from severe, potentially fatal wounds and was reported to be in an extremely perilous state. The Subaru driver was unharmed.
