Long Beach, CA (October 7, 2025) – A traffic collision on southbound State Route 47 near Ocean Boulevard, under the overpass in Long Beach, resulted in injuries to an individual on Monday morning, based on reports from the fire department. The incident was logged around 7:13 a.m. Emergency responders were dispatched with a Bravo-level medical alert following reports that a 50-year-old woman had been injured in the incident. Emergency responders delivered immediate care at the scene prior to organizing further medical assessment. Officials have yet to verify the circumstances of the accident or if other vehicles were part of the incident. The location stayed busy briefly while teams helped those hurt and cleaned up the area. We hope for a quick and complete recovery for the injured person.
