As per the Sacramento Police Department, officers arrived after receiving notifications about a pedestrian being hit by a car on Folsom Boulevard. The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition but has now been reported as stable. Law enforcement reported that the driver stayed at the location and assisted the investigators. Officials briefly shut down the region around Folsom Boulevard and Power Inn Road for a few hours as they conducted the collision investigation.
