Sacramento, CA (October 2, 2025) – On Thursday evening, a traffic accident that caused injuries occurred on eastbound U.S. Highway 50 close to the northbound I-5 interchange in the Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento. The incident took place at approximately 7:43 p.m. which resulted in a call to emergency medical services. One person was injured in the accident and was treated by medical personnel at the location. Officials have not yet verified how many vehicles were part of the incident or the extent of the injuries. Traffic in the vicinity may have encountered delays as emergency personnel attended to the injured and worked to clear the area. The reason for the accident is still being looked into. We hope for a swift and complete recovery for those injured in the event.
