Los Angeles, CA (September 22, 2025) – According to LAPD dispatch reports, a woman was injured early Sunday morning in a car accident that occurred at the intersection of S La Brea Ave and W Washington Blvd in the Mid-City region of Los Angeles. The incident was reported shortly after 3:00 a.m. Officials announced that the woman, around 35 years of age, was alert and breathing at the site of the incident, although she experienced pain in her chest, neck, and back that was in line with the severity of the crash. Emergency medical responders were sent to deliver prompt assistance. The wounded woman was assessed by paramedics before being taken to a local hospital for additional evaluation and treatment. Although her injuries are considered non-life-threatening, the complete extent is still unclear. Details concerning any other vehicles or people involved in the accident have not been made available. LAPD officers from the Pacific Division stayed at the location to control traffic and start an inquiry into the incident’s cause. It remains uncertain if speed, impairment, or additional factors played a role in the accident. We extend our heartfelt wishes for a complete recovery to the woman who was injured.
