In Cabazon, CA, seven individuals were injured in a crash on Eastbound Interstate 10 that included three separate collisions on Thursday afternoon, September 18, just prior to 2:00 p.m. The accident on Eastbound Interstate 10 took place. The Riverside County Fire Department reported that the incident occurred east of the Main Street on-ramp in Cabazon. Officers from the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene to discover a vehicle that had overturned close to the train tracks, leading to serious injuries. They also came across a two-car accident in the same location that resulted in no injuries, along with another two-vehicle collision that caused minor injuries. Emergency medical services took two individuals with severe injuries and three with less serious injuries to nearby hospitals. Two more individuals refused medical assistance at the location. The CHP verified that the numbers. Lanes 1 and 103 were kept open throughout the response. Investigations are still ongoing into the reason behind the crash on Eastbound Interstate 10.
