San Diego, CA (September 17, 2025) – Early Tuesday morning, emergency responders were dispatched to a traffic collision resulting in injuries on the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 close to Aero Dr. The accident was reported at approximately 3:49 a.m. This led to a response involving two engines from San Diego Fire and Rescue, specifically Engine 28 and Engine 39. First responders, consisting of paramedics and fire staff, evaluated and provided care to those injured in the accident.
